The TM sim is also called Touch Mobile or TM Tambayan. To register your TM Sim, you will need some details like general personal information and acceptable valid govt IDs. The government in the Philippines has introduced the Sim Registration Act in order to curd online scams, spam and frauds.

Requirements for TM Sim Registration
Registering a TM Sim is an online process and applicants need to know the following information before registering their TM sim card:
Registering as Filipino Citizen
If you’re registering as a Filipino citizen, you will need the following information to register TM Sim Card:
- Full name
- Date of Birth
- Gender / Sex
- Address
- Government ID presented + ID number
- Valid government ID with photo (max file size: 4MB)
Registering as Foreign National in the Philippines
If you’re registering sim card as a Foreign national in the Philippines visiting as a Tourist, you will need the following information to register TM Sim Card:
- Passport (i.e., copy of the bio-page and pages where the current visa is stamped or shown)
- Proof of address in the Philippines (booking in a hotel or other type of accommodation, or in the absence thereof, an affidavit/letter from the owner of the house or residence where such foreign national will stay)
- Return ticket to country of origin or to another country indicating date and time of departure from the Philippines
Registering Under Company Name
To register a TM Sim card under the company name, you will need the following details of an authorized representative:
- Details of the Authorized Representative:
- Name of the representative
- Date of Birth
- Gender / Sex
- Nationality
- Company Name
- Company Address
- Type of Government ID presented + ID number
- Valid government ID with photo (max file size: 4MB)
- Certificate of Registration / DTI Registration (max file size: 4MB)
- Board Resolution / Proof of Authority designating the authorized representative OR a Special Power of Attorney (max file size: 4MB)
Acceptable Valid Govt. IDs
Along with general information, you will be required to submit an acceptable official ID with a selfie for verification.

TM Sim Registration: Step-by-step process
Follow the steps given below to register TM Sim Online using registration link:
- Visit the TM Sim Card website from the link given below.
- Choose your preferred language from English / Taglish
- Enter your 10-digit mobile number and click on Register
- Now an OTP will be sent to your number
- Enter the OTP sent to your number
- Once verified, you will be proceeded to Online Registration Form
- Fill in the following information in the Online Registration Form:
- Your Name
- Date of Birth
- Gender
- Address
- Nationality etc,
- Now, choose the type of Government ID and Click on the “Attach” Button
- Upload your Government ID and with a Selfie
- Agree the TM Sim Privacy notice by ticking on the check Box
- Click on Submit Button to complete the online registration Process.
- A Reference Number will be displayed on the screen, after the online registration is complete.
- Take a Screenshot of the reference number or save it for future reference.
- The Reference Number is a proof that you have completed your sim registration.
NOTE: Please note that the photos must be in PNG, JPG, JPEG, HEIC, or PDF. Make sure your chosen ID is not blurred or cropped. Maximum file size of the documents must be 5MB.
